Cold temps have made for improved conditions in Rifle and elsewhere in the Glenwood Springs area. Word on the street is that a number of Redstone climbs have come in although the recent snowfall we’ve received has buried some of the longer climbs like Dancing in the Moonlight. The next week’s forecast is for continued cold daytime temperatures which should only help our ice climbing prospects.
Get out there and enjoy swinging the picks!
The main flow of the Final Curtain currently gets sun from about 9:30 to 11 while the Pleasure Pillar gets an extra half hour or so on each end of that.
