Have you asked yourself what you want to do this year?<\/p>\n<p>Goals? Resolutions? To-do lists? Whatever you want to call them, it can be motivating to make some resolutions.<\/p>\n<p>Setting goals can be a bit like going to the dentist: I know it&#8217;s a good thing, but it&#8217;s always a reminder of my less than perfect hygiene. Hence, it is a call to action for something I have a hard time doing.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s why when I set New Year&#8217;s resolutions, I set attainable goals, like quitting smoking (I don&#8217;t smoke), eating my vegetables (which I love) and not beating my wife (which I don&#8217;t do).<\/p>\n<p>I tell my wife every year that she should be glad that I prioritize her when setting my goals for the year.
